 Cover the unsupported-spec gate in the chat-edit form 
Stubs get_supported_setting_keys to omit `seed` so the form composes
without a #seed-input, then exercises _populate_parameter_inputs and
_return_chat_meta to confirm the spec gate prevents the missing-input
NoMatches that would otherwise crash the dialog.
