 refactor(rust): use current_thread runtime for xtask too 
xtask is a short-lived, sequential dev tool, so a current_thread runtime
via #[tokio::main(flavor = "current_thread")] fits it as well. It no
longer needs the multi-threaded runtime helper, which also drops its now
unused agama-utils dependency.

Agama Server

According to Agama's architecture this project implements the following components:

  • The Agama server, excluding Agama YaST which lives in the service directory.
  • The Agama D-Bus service.
  • The Command Line Interface.
