Christoph 90e7673782 fix: nil pointer deref on resp.StatusCode and flag.Parse() in init() 
Fixes #76:
- Guard resp against nil before accessing StatusCode in user handler
- Move flag.Parse() from init() to Execute() using dedicated FlagSet,
  preventing conflicts with go test
