- mcpb: build the Claude Desktop Extension (.mcpb) for the host platform. Mirrors the CI release pipeline: builds the binary, copies it into extension/bin/, bumps the manifest version via jq, and packs with @anthropic-ai/mcpb. Manifest is restored on exit via trap. Requires jq and npx on PATH. - help: list annotated targets, parsed from `## name: desc` comments. Set as the default goal so bare `make` prints usage.
