59c86b6a40Local linters updated (staticcheck 2026.1/v0.7.0, golangci-lint 2.12.2) to work with go 1.25+; old binaries crashed on the toolchain. Config auto-migrated via 'golangci-lint migrate'. Remaining 207-finding lint backlog triaged in bead forgejo-mcp-hc9. S1039: attachment.go used fmt.Sprintf on a constant string.
