Christoph Görn 351e8b7d05 fix: 🐛 release workflow checkout URL and skip-ci suppression 
- Use https://code.forgejo.org/actions/checkout@v4 (Codeberg mirror)
  instead of short GitHub reference that fails on Codeberg runners
- Remove [skip ci] from semantic-release commit message so tag push
  still triggers the release workflow
