Repoint both Containerfile stages from registry.access.redhat.com/hi/* to the public Project Hummingbird mirror on quay.io/hummingbird/*: build: quay.io/hummingbird/go:1.26.3-builder runtime: quay.io/hummingbird/core-runtime:2.42 Both pinned digests are byte-identical to the prior hi/* images, so this is a registry repoint only -- no content change. Also inject VERSION as a build arg. The container has no usable .git, so make build resolved VERSION to an empty "-dev+", making `version`, `--version` and `-version` print "forgejo-mcp -dev+". The Containerfile now takes ARG VERSION (default "dev") and passes it to make; `make container` forwards the host-computed VERSION via --build-arg.
