The make_size_path_prompt() unit tests ran the real format_size() and rendered through Rich, and the make_directory_list_option() tests ran the real make_size_path_prompt() and format_size(). Mock those integrated units instead, so that each unit test checks just its own logic: exact size column strings for make_size_path_prompt(), and the exact prompt text and size handed off by make_directory_list_option(). Move the size column rendering and alignment tests to the integration tests, where running the real format_size() and Rich is the point. |
