Daniel Han a30c7789da Fix review cycle 3 findings and lint cleanup 
- thread-sidebar: fix Collapsible chevron CSS selector to use descendant
  combinator instead of direct child (folder chevron now rotates correctly)
- prompt-library-sheet: use split/join instead of replaceAll to avoid
  JavaScript replacement string $-specials in variable substitution
- prompt-library-sheet: fix tooltip to say "Copy to clipboard" (matches
  actual behavior), remove unused handleStartCreate callback
- thread-sidebar: remove unused FolderRecord import
- markdown-text: remove unused useCallback import
