Unsloth 032561ae21 Add a file-scoped flavour to the Hub download job ... Lets a consumer that reads a deliberate subset of a repo stage it through the normal download manager. Keyed as "@scope" so it never collides with a quant or with the repo's full snapshot, and the file list rides the registry so an XET to HTTP retry respawns the same scoped job.		2026-07-26 04:56:16 -07:00
