 Consolidate skills examples around verified Skill values (#6093) 
The examples taught separate resource-provider and download workflows, including a deprecated listing helper. One server/client walkthrough now demonstrates Skill values, extension discovery, verified download, explicit export and resource-only fallback; the redundant download example is removed.

The guide distinguishes ordinary-resource presets from explicit experimental directory discovery and explains migration from custom main filenames. It is rebased and reconciled with the proxy forwarding merged in #5788, including the explicit modern protocol mode required when constructing a custom ProxyClient factory.
