 [3.x] Include resource metadata in component manager auth challenges (#5435) 
The component manager's auth wrapper now builds its `RequireAuthMiddleware` with the same protected-resource metadata URL as the MCP endpoint, so a request without credentials receives a `WWW-Authenticate` challenge that includes `resource_metadata` for OAuth-backed servers that have a `base_url` or `resource_base_url`. Servers without one still return a plain 401. When the serving app is not a FastMCP app there is no known MCP path, so no metadata URL is added.
