 feat: persist encrypted CLI OAuth tokens (#5405) 
CLI OAuth credentials persist in encrypted disk storage when FASTMCP_OAUTH_ENCRYPTION_KEY is configured. Without it, commands use quiet ephemeral storage.

Fixes #3053.
