6182642b7e* docs: cover list_tools and restore client modules in the SDK reference
The api-ref extras never included `client` (and named two extras that do not exist), so pkgutil could not import `fastmcp.client` and the generator silently dropped that whole subtree. Locally the fix takes the reference from 74 generated modules to 225.
