Fix stdio client reuse and add warning for new() method

- Implement client reuse for stdio transports in MCPConfig composite setup
- Add warning when Client.new() is called on stdio transports
- Add comprehensive tests for both fixes
- Resolves race condition: 'Received request before initialization was complete'
