Where the BIOS offers no help text, that's noted as such — it's a fact about the firmware, not an oversight in this document.

This is a description of what the UEFI setup utility contains, not advice on what any setting should be set to. Treat it the way you'd treat a dictionary: useful for knowing a word exists and what it means, not for deciding what to say with it.
