 Enhanced the self-update implementation 
- Contact the registration server (SCC/RMT) to get the self-update URL
- Configure fallback URL
- Do not configure the network if "rd.neednet=0" boot option is used
- In openSUSE self-update is skipped as there is no self-update
  repository configured, but it is still possible to use a custom
  self-update repository
