93a51addcdThe prefix scheme for product-derived repo aliases ("agama-N") is
defined by build_repo() in model::state, but the constant used to
check it lived in zypp_server.rs instead. Move it next to build_repo()
and have build_repo() derive its alias from the same constant, so the
two can no longer drift apart; zypp_server.rs now imports it from
model::state.
