0a6435b057Registry::new now reads the licenses directory during construction and returns a Result, so a Registry value always has its licenses loaded. This replaces the "read: bool" flag and the lazy-load check in find(), making the "not yet read" state unrepresentable. Registry::default_path() and Registry::from_default_path() replace the old Default impl, which could not stay infallible once reading moved into the constructor.
